Dr. Ginette Hounkanrin is a global health leader with experience scaling high-impact public health programmes across West and Central Africa. Senior Manager, SRHR – Health Systems & Services at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), she drives large-scale impact and cost-effective scale-up in close partnership with governments and implementers across the Sahel and the region. As former Burkina Faso Country Director with Pathfinder International, she has locally and regionally operationalised the ExpandNet framework and serves on global advisory groups including the Family Planning High Impact Practices Initiative and the ExpandNet Advisory Council.
